Game Description: Turn-Based Capture The Flag (CTF)
1. Game Mode Overview The Turn-Based Capture The Flag (CTF) is a tactical, team-based game mode where two teams compete within a given time frame to collect as many flags as possible and bring them to their designated collection points. The game is turn-based, with each round lasting a fixed duration, followed by a cooldown period before the next round begins.
2. Game Mechanics
At the start of the game, each team begins from a predefined starting position.
Flags are placed in a central location.
During each round, teams aim to collect as many flags as possible and safely transport them to their collection zones.
Only designated flag carriers within the team are allowed to carry the flags.
If a team depletes all available central flags, they must steal from the opposing team to increase their score.
At the end of the round, the team with the most collected flags wins.
3. Round Structure
Duration of each round: A set time frame per round, which can be fixed or dynamically adjusted.
Cooldown period between rounds: 15-20 minutes for strategizing, reorganizing weapons/tactical equipment.
4. Designated Flag Carriers
Each team must designate one or more flag carriers before the game starts.
Only flag carriers can transport the flags to the collection zone.
If a flag carrier is "eliminated" from play, the team cannot score additional flags until a new carrier is assigned or the eliminated player respawns.
5. Scoring System
Each successfully delivered flag is worth 1 point.
The team with the most points at the end of the round wins.
The final winner is determined based on the cumulative points across all rounds.
6. Tactical Opportunities
Offensive Play: A team may choose to aggressively target the enemy and steal their flags.
Defensive Play: A team may focus on protecting its own flags to prevent theft.
Balanced Strategy: A combination of offense and defense to maximize efficiency.
